Parameters:

perf : CTAPerf

CTA performance

target : Target

obs_param : ObservationParameters

Observation parameters

obs_id : int, optional

Observation Id

random_state : {int, ‘random-seed’, ‘global-rng’, RandomState}

Defines random number generator initialisation. Passed to get_random_state.
