(size=100, dimension=3, dmax=10, random_state='random-seed')[source]¶ Make a catalog of sources randomly distributed on a line, square or cube.

Parameters: size : int, optional
Number of sources
dimension : int, optional
Number of dimensions
dmax : int, optional
Maximum distance in pc.
random_state : {int, ‘random-seed’, ‘global-rng’,
RandomState
